ok I have a probblem with cycling.

ok when I use the cyclling tool the back round dose not move is there any way I can make the back round move as my charectors walk along.

The Translate Layer tool.

There is no automatic way to match this to your character's walk.

You need to manually match the background layer movement to the character movement.
