Hello everyone.
This is my first animation using Anime. I purchased it for this type of animation and it works perfect for what I require. It's so straightforward that I only needed to check the manual a few times. It's really a great program. I plan on doing more complex animations of this nature soon.

jahnocli, if you look ever so closely, I did "animate" the pine tree in the bottom right corner to sway in the breeze and there are 3 waterfalls, not 2. Does 4 subtle effects (1 pine tree, "3" waterfalls) now qualify it to be an true animation?
Not being an artist this is the first animation I have ever attempted and just wanted to say how well I like AS working with 2D in 3D space. I plan on adding more animated elements to future animations...I mean moving wallpapers.

Very nicely done. Inspires me to try something using similar techniques.
Software is just a tool. There are countless ways to employ it depending on the needs, interests, and ingenuity of the user. I have a long-standing commitment to try to avoid preconceptions in every aspect of life - especially in creative matters. I do not really care if your piece is called an "animation" or "moving wallpaper." It is beautiful, provides a very pleasant experience for the viewer, and definitely demonstrates yet another way Anime Studio can be effectively used.
I look forward to seeing more of your work.
