I wanna submit things to newgrounds or to my website and I want a flash preloader. Like a loading screen. It dosen't have to have the "PLAY" button but at least load it. And some people did say jut animate the loading screen but that's not the point. When there is a large flash file (or a long flash video) the flash content will be white until it loads. So that is why you need a loading screen. I know u can do it in flash but is it possible for AS?

You can't have interactivity in AS. So no "play" button.
You could load a short intro clip, and play that while the longer clip loads, but even then there's no guarantee that your longer clip will be completely loaded when the short intro stops playing. And you'd probably need it to be a flash file to tell it to play the different clips in sequence.
AS files don't necessarily read well in flash, you might want to test your AS files and see how flash renders them? Otherwise why not make the clip in AS, pull it into flash as a rendered clip, and build a preloader in flash?
