Hi, I'm new and I only know how to give charcters bones and stuff, and I also know how to animate them. I've used many of the characters that come with ASP 6, and they're pretty... "gay". I want a tutorial on how to create your own characters. It'll be very cool. Or if there are any sites I can download other people's characters, please give me a link to it.
Thanks ~ JakuB and a half...

Lol be careful saying that...a lot of those characters where created by people on this forum. You can get characters at cartoon solutions.
To create your own, come up with the idea ( i suggest drawing it on paper first). Then you can either copy it on the computer, or scan it then trace it. Read the tutorials that come with the program to get a better idea of how all the different layers work, animating with anime studio, key frames, and all that stuff. You'll learn a lot just by going through them. I promise. Then dig around in the forum. There are A LOT of helpful topics on here that will help you, such as head turns and complex bone rigs. And even some examples of characters that people have made that you can use as inspiration.
There's not a lot of places where you can just download a bone rigged character from the web. You can search for images and trace them though (with permission and all of that if it's needed, don't want to get in trouble for copyright infringement.)
Oh and welcome to the forum

well literally the ONLY place i know of that you can download characters that are rigged for Anime Studio is http://www.cartoonsolutions.com/
BUT a lot of the ones you'll find there are the ones that came with the program. There are a lot that didn't though. However most of them aren't free.
Other than that i don't know of any other sites that offer AS compatible characters.
