When I heard the story about the merger the last thing said was that it wouldn't go through until it had passed "anti-trust" review which made me laugh for some reason. The thought of some huge corporate monopoly in the context of imaginary cartoon characters seems like a very funny contrast to other more serious mergers.

"Yes, I am wondering how this will effect consumers choice and the cost of products? Will children be forced to pay enormous prices for their lunch boxes and Halloween costumes if those prices have been "fixed" by a huge evil corporate monopoly? What about ancillary products such as bobble heads and sticker books? Will the quality of these products be as good?"
