Help with tutorials

Hi all,

I'm working through the AS tutorials at the moment, and I've encountered a problem:

In Tutorial 2.1, it says that you can weld two filled shapes together to make one multishape, but I'm finding that if I weld together two shapes, the fill from one of them disappears. Eg, I had a brown tree-trunk shape and a green foliage one, but when I welded them together, the trunk fill disappeared and I could no longer select it as a shape to fill. Anyone got any ideas on what's gone wrong there?

If anyone could help me with this, I'd be very grateful!

Can you post the sample file before and after the problem happens?
