Audio Export in SWF Movie

Post by windstormer »

I have an animation that I would like to export with the synchronized audio (voice) all together as a swf from AS Pro 6. I am using Windows. The animation is 1250 frames long.

The sound does not seem to be coming out with the swf once the animation is rendered in AS. :?:

I have used both wav and mp3 files and have been rendering from 0.

Or is it that AS does not render sound into a swf file?

Or does it have to be saved in the same place as the audio file?

Thanks.

Ha... to myself...If only I read the manual. But what fun would that be without starting a discussion with you fine people. Ok I may now know what I had done wrong. I'll experiment from what the manual had said and get back to whether this worked or not.

On another note....I see that some of you use Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut Studio. I don't plan on using those, but I do have Flash CS3 and Pinnacle Studio. I know, I have a limited set of products for video here, but with as much as I have spent on the other high end software for advertising and web design, AS Pro 6 was the last for a while.

My question for the moment, what is the best output format that you find works and how do you tie in the audio? I guess really what I'm also wanting to find out is with my list of software that I am using, is there a good way to output and tie in the audio?

I would also be happy to hear about the other methods other than what I have in software.

Thanks!
