Thanks! The stuff we're working on now is even better. New standalone a week from this coming Monday, and then Episode 2 starts 2 weeks after that.

I don't recall exactly how much the Mac was. You can price them at the Apple site. It is an 8 Core model.

I've just watched some of these and they are great! Well designed characters, very clever and funny scripts and the music is brilliant too. A totally pro production. I'm going to send the link around at work tomorrow :D

Dale, I just watched your showreel, and it's fantastic! I used to do stop motion as a kid, just using GI Joe's and whatever else I had around that was posable, so I will always have a soft spot for that style of animation. Nothing approaching the work that you do, though. So thank you for the kind words!

Very cool. I particularly liked the 3D scenes you set up in the car park. I only watched the first episode, but the 3D video store and car-park were great ;)

Thanks, Mikdog! I have long admired your work, too. Goldfish and Happy Land are both outstanding! Since my actual animation skills are somewhat limited, I try to add visual interest using camera moves and the 3D capabilities of ASP.

how can you count itunes subscribers?

Post by sirjer1 »

Do you know how to count the number of your subscribers for your vids on itunes? I just set up an itunes podcast feed (http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZSt ... =320464877 ) for my vids via blip.tv. And I saw you posted to that site as well. Is that the site that you use to host the itunes feed?

On the blip.tv site, it says how many times my videos were viewed via itunes, but it doesn't seem to say how many people have actually subscribed, which I'd love to know. Do you know how I'd be able to get this info? I'm totally new to this whole podcast thing and am just figuring out stuff as I go. Thanks.

I have no idea, unfortunately. I'm not sure that there is any way to tell that.
