3D files

Post by arraknid »

I want to try using the 3D option in AS6 but don't have Poser. Any ideas as to where I can download some free files to practice on - preferably human figures?

Debut doesn't support 3D files, but Pro does. If you've downloaded the trial version of Pro, there are included sample 3D files you can play with (not humans, though). Look in the Library.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself too well. I've been working with the dog and penguin, but now feel the need to move on to human figures. It's a pity there isn't one included.

http://www.turbosquid.com/ free, cheap, and expensive models

http://www.makehuman.org/blog/index.php free software

http://www.artist-3d.com/ free models

http://www.blender.org/ free software, and links to models.

and there are a number of other places to acquire this sort of thing, if you use something like google to help you find it.

@dm Thanks for those, I'll take a look. I tried Google but couldn't find any human figures, just more animals and inanimate objects.

@Rhoel This is the Pro version.
