Animation with AS requires knowledge of drawing, animation and the program. You don't learn it over night. Keep at it and you will get better.

Nice start. Next time work with Curves (C) and the line Width (W) from point to pointl. This will give you more control over shape and the line work will help make it look more hand-drawn.

Read this book and apply the techniques presented to your animation:

Character Animation Crash Course by Eric Goldberg

The book comes with a CD that has some video samples of the techniques Eric talks about. They are easily adapted to Anime Studio.
