Cool. I'm sure most people won't relate to it ... but I do because I am unemployed. Joy!
Love the bit about the health insurance. But one can't talk about *that.* Especially if you live in America. It's against the rules.
I don't know if you had a fun time making the animation but it really shows through that you did. I really enjoy animations that have "soul."

Nice work.
Writing, voice-acting, and pacing were all good. I really liked the noodle-arms. Character design was good given the simplistic drawing style you used.
Comedic timing could perhaps have been improved a bit, but I know you were deliberately going for a very sedately-paced style reminiscent of a promotional video. Art and surface also could have been better, but it wasn't a deal-breaker at all.
