Hm hm ...
Some stuff I liked:
The railway, because it was totally unrealistic and had personality.
The donkey, especially in his first walk cycle.
The frantic secretary.
But I miss a sense of weight in most of your characters. Most feet are sliding on the ground, the characters feel unrelated to their surroundings.
And I'd like to see more dynamic in the movements. Everything moves at the same overall speed, and constantly - instead of holding still for some time, and start and stop a bit more abrupt. The overall effect is one of puppets on strings, where all movements tend to swing back and forth. The same happens in AS if one relies heavily on the "smooth" keyframe interpolation: all elements oscillate like pendulums, and the character seems to have no muscles at all. I know from experience how hard it is to overcome this!
Your character design is nice, and I like how you enhanced the cutout effect with adding shadows.

thanks
thanks alot
maybe you miss the sense of weight in most of my work because i was rushing up the results
like anime studio pro is a new invention and i was so excited seeing that i can output animated scenes in a few seconds of working
so i didnt care so much about the characters sliding on the ground- i can fix it later-
second you notice that most of the work was based on a photshop images or real photos , that made my p.c. work so slowly and i couldn't improve the animating sense the way i do in traditional animation
third thanks for compliment about the character design despite its not mine , but i will tell the designer
finally thanks alot and all your critics will be considered in my next experiment
