Im a noob, dont yell if I mess up please.
I have had anime studio for a year so far.
Now I have finnaly started to make an anime!
Relax -- waiting six or seven hours on this forum is not much time at all. If you didn't hear in a day or two... Not only that, but most folks are on the forum during the evening hours (which we haven't reached yet). Patience.
As for me... Anime isn't my thing, so I really can't comment. If she was animated I could give some feedback there but for a basic drawing -- it is what it is.

I assume you're going for an 'anime' style. The only problem with trying to emulate a well known style is that you will be more strictly judged by the standards of that style.
I don't think you are pulling it off well enough yet. I would suggest either practicing that style more (there are a ton of 'how to draw anime' books out there) or developing a definite style of your own. There are many animators who obviously aren't the best artists in the world, but many have their own style which makes up in charm what it may lack in skill.

But good animation can often make up for a lot.

Hey me too, I have the same trouble. I just scan my drawings in (read: capture them with my webcam) and use them as image layers to trace in ASP. This gets me much better results.
The character looks good to me, the only suggestion I would give is that when you add the shadings on the eyes you can either color it in dark blue or just black.
I love comments for they help me improve on my weaknesses.
I personally like it. It's kind of a cross between cut-out and Anime style. I think I've seen a number of recent Flash cartoons done in a similar stylel, so there is definitely an audience for it. I prefer it when there's some simple cel-shading as well, but of course it's a lot more work to animate.
If you want more of a response, perhaps you could do a few variations and create a poll for us to choose our favourite.

Yes, the character looks great. And I agree w synthsin: you're playing on the field with the Anime masters.
I'd say a really good story will keep you in the game. Mike Judge's early art work is awful, but he had hilarious stories.
I hope I don't sound like I'm discouraging anyone: it's great artwork!
