FIXED Nothing works! - QuartzGL to blame

Anime Studio Pro 5.5 and 5.6
OSX leopard 10.5.4

I can open the application, but can't press any of the tool buttons (shortcuts work). I can open some sub-windows, but can't interact with them. I can open projects but the name above the workspace is the only thing that changes.

I've only just installed.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

What library is AS using for the interface. If it's a common one it might lead me towards a clue as to what is going on.

If it was me, the first thing I would check would be the installation files. I would assume they had been corrupted, put them in the Recycle Bin (or the Mac equivalent), and download the files once more.

If I was still having problems a second time, I would then get in touch with Smith Micro and ask what is happening. There are people here working with AS Pro in Windows, Mac and Linux without the problems you are outlining here, so it's not the program.

Panic over!

I knew something was amiss when Photoshop wasn't working properly either.
Quartz GL had been enabled, and had caused everything to go a bit screwy.
