A different spot question...

Post by bobahendrix »

I know, I know, the infamous 'spots' effect again. But I think this is a little different.

Recently purchased 'Rose Agent'; somehow the author has used the 'spots' effect (confirmed in the style palette) such that, when rendered over a few timeframes, the spots morph and change shape.

I've seen all the posts about the moving spots, but this is different, it's like the author has somehow added some animated noise effect to the spots...it's pretty cool actually.

Anybody know how this is done?

I've even copied the exact Style from the pallete and pasted into my own project, but can't duplicate the effect...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks much,
Boba

That's the same old 'spots' bug. When you zoom (and maybe even pan) the camera, the spots do this whether you want them to or not. Nice use of the bug though.
