Saving pallet location

If I've customized my interface (pallet location), is their a way to save it as the default in AS upon start-up?

Mmm, I think saving a file with that layout also writes to the save the UI layout. This doesn't work for multi-screen layout though.

I vaguely recall a post on this matter. You might look for it, as I think it talked about how to manually save the layout.
