It seems that Smith Micro has sent us some support. I hope he/she could read and reply some of our claims.

His nick name is scaring me for a while... Now this forum looks as complex as matrix world...

Mike just posted yesterday in the Bugs forum. He still uses the "Lost Marble" user name.
