"credits" lua script error in linux

Hello,

When attempting to run the "credits" script, it doesn't return any input. I'm using the default font, as well as the example txt file that is in the same directory as the script itself. However, when I run it on the windows version (in demo mode) it does work, and creates the layer folder with a layer for each screen of text.

I don't think I'm doing anything wrong, since the exact same procedure works on windows, but I still could be.
