A place to discuss non-Moho software for use in animation. Video editors, audio editors, 3D modelers, etc.

FaceGen's finer finesse

Post by human »

One year ago, I mentioned my use of FaceGen

http://Facegen.com

Its finesse in modeling facial features continues to expand in subtle but very significant ways.

It will hardly solve your facial animation problems for you, but it can provide the foundation for doing a likeness -- especially when you need to turn the head away from a simple front-on view.

In my hands, iClone will not do that for an arbitrary likeness, and Poser is totally out of the question for that kind of job.
