This is an exccelent eye close up made with synfig. Worth to mention the refleciton distortion when the iris pass thrugh and the combined movements of rest of elements during eyeblink.
and the eye's shadows are whoa! fantastic!
I want this shading capabilities to be included into Anime Studio future version!!!
