Hi,
Download Papagayo from lost marbles website - its free.
In there you have named example of all of the mouth shapes you need - so just use them as reference and create each shape in its own vector layer under a switch layer, naming each vector layer as it is in Papagayo (i.e. 'O' or 'AI' or 'U' etc.)
Then analyse some audio in papagayo and export the dat file for switching.
In AS, double click on the switch layer, and go to the last tab (Switch), and load the dat file you created - it will place all of the keyframes for switching.
one last tip - if you use the same mouth drawing in every layer, but reshape it using point manipulation, you can turn on 'interpolate sub-layers' on the same screen as the load dat file, and the mouth will morph from one shape to another... but each shape must have the same number of points even if they are in different places.
hope that helps
