Oh boy, please not that again. Look it up in Wiki, there was quite a disput about it. The list is centuries old, only north americans voted, and there's only 1 (one!) film in it which wasn't done in the US or Canada.

Beats me. I can't find it either!

The list you posted is a much better one since it gives an overview about animation all over the world. And I am lucky since I have seen more than half of it.
