The following animation started out as frame by frame groups in Flash - A png sequence was exported to photoshop - a custom action was batched over the sequences - and then various groups were loaded into moho's switch layers for animating.

Quite nice ... it avoids many common traps.
- There are small differences in movement and placing of the elements which create a "handmade" look - it would've been boring with equal spacing
- The movements are animated by hand, again in contrast to automatic inbetweening
- There's only one effect used for everyting - no show-off of plugin hell
