I saw the TV advertisements of this when i was in Japan a few months ago.
Looks very nice!
I have a 'making of' in February edition of CGWORLD. Most of it was made in Softimage XSI but celshaded.

THe title is a play on Iron/steel and Concrete - types of houses.
