Turn a picture at an angle!!

Hey there! I got the flipping a picture all worked out, now i need help with turning a picture at a certain angle... lets say... 25 degrees? Thanks!

You'll want to make sure "3D camera" is enabled in your project settings, then you can use those Rotate Layer X and Rotate Layer Y tools in the Layer group of the Tools palette.
