Very cool as an exercise in high style.
The first time I saw it, I think the thing I liked most was the extremely stylized field of cumulus clouds -- sort of Grandma Moses on steroids.
Your animation is quite fun and wuite good, but you'd benefit from a "less is more" revision of the springiness in the walking gumdrop. The jiggle is so large that's its distracting. Dial it down to about 50 per cent of what you've got and you'll achieve the liveliness you're looking for.
On the other hand, the heavy breathing after the dunk was flawless, and my favorite part.

Great stuff!
The style is priceless, I don't know what you're going to do with the characters or what species they are, but it's fun to watch. Could be a music video or a silly ad for whatever. The overall distortion during the fast pan is great! And I like the walk, it is a perfect solution for a character who in principle is not animatable at all.
I like all of the movement, it fits the style. Only some minor points might need some optimisation (but that's up to you):
1. It would be nice if the waves would move constantly.
2. The splash, as stylised as it is, could do with some drops, or even some reflexes in white.
3. Although it is a plain 2D style, some multiplane effect on the landscape could help to separate the different levels of depth from each other, and it would fit nicely with the camera tracking.

I have seen this animation posted by you in another topic but now it have been removed from youtube. I notice that since that version you have changed the bouncing walk for the characters. In the other version the purple character crossed the water and join to its friends... What happened? Did you loose the previous version?
Love it anyway

Thanks guys.
SlowTiger, thanks. I think I'm gonna take ALL your points into account and use them.
Human - thanks. I think you may be right about the walk. Ta.
Genete - thanks. The purple guy will still cross the water to join his friends, as you so rightly say. That does still happen!
The other dudes make a boat for him. And everyone ends up being happy. Aah.
