what is "layer shear" in Flash tips?

i just read the flash tips page in moho5 manual.

what is "layer shear"?

There are two layer shear tools, just below the scale and rotate layer tools. Shearing is like slanting an object to the side, kind of like italic text. If you use these tools, it makes it harder for Moho to export to Flash, and you end up with a bigger file.
