* There is NO ENTRY FEE to submit films to the PLATFORM Festival competition.
* Films under 40 minutes that contain a substantial amount of animation are eligible.
* Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
* Films must have premiered after January 1, 2005 to be eligible, however Installations are not restricted by date of premiere.
* There is no limit on the number of films you can submit; however, each film must be substantially different as determined by the Festival Director and mailed separately with its own pre-selection materials.
* If entering a TV series, please send only one episode.
* INTERNATIONAL ENTRANTS: please note PLATFORM cannot accept customs charges. For international submissions, clearly mark your package "For Temporary Cultural Purposes Only - Without Commercial Value". International applicants CLICK HERE for a Pro-Forma Invoice.
