My ownly critiques are, batman and superman could have wider hips. Batmans arms are kinda short and spiderman looks like he's on crack. Other then that, very well done. Would like to see these animated.

Heeey, that's pretty nice. How long did this take? Looks like you might have some foreshortening issues with Batman's arms. And you may want to rework that pectoral to deltoid transition in his shoulders. At the risk of sounding too harsh; I would suggest picking up a George Bridgeman or Burne Hogarth anatomy book. It'll give you good direction for those tricky spots.

So after completing something like this (with this kind of detail), would you use AS again?

Putfile won't let me see it. It gives me a screen saying "click next 3 times to see the file", but every time I click, it remains on screen 1 of 3. Too much trouble just to view a JPEG file. Can't you put it on http://imageshack.us or something?

I marvel (pun) at how well you have mastered the drawing abilities of AS. The use of shading and coloring is superb. I personally feel you might have made the distortioned figures as part of your own artistic expression of the super heros. Great job!

Touched:& Dekka this is a URL to the jpg file Dekka drew. I put it on my dot Mac server for now. One click and you're in. Dekka I hope you don't mind. Let me know if you do.

Whoa! That is cool. I take it those are people you know that you made into superheroes?

BTW - while unrelated, and I hate to say it, but I just realize that putfile was a simple compound of put and file, as in a place to put a file. I always pronounced it where put rhymes with but and thus never saw that simple connection. Guess I should stick to drawing huh?

Generally I'm good with language... really...

thanks for the advice guys.
@ touched: sorry i will check imageshack which looks much better to put images on the net.
@gnaws and j.baker: i agree my anatomy drawing is usually much better than this but i had a very limited amount of time to complete it as it is a christmas present for my brother . i just traced in AS some really rough sketches which were scanned in it probably took me 6 or 7 hours from start to finish.
@ artfx: yes these superheroes are me and my brothers who are batman and superman!!!!.
thanks again

and have a merry christmas

We all seem to rush stuff from time to time. Art and animation isn't, let's get this done in a lunch break. But I do like your stuff. Just remember, if I post something, I like being critiqued. Others spot what you missed or overlooked. And I rather fix it before it's all said and done.

I post this as I hope people don't find me harsh on their work. Some people are sensitive and some really want you to find something wrong. As I'm not the greatist artist here. But I'll respond if you ask.
