Actions need attention

I'm hoping very much for actions to work properly but it appears to be teething still.

Referencing actions still have problems. The intended actions are not "expressing" themselves correctly.

so far, I've experienced two more problems.
1) layer scaling in actions differs from the referenced.
2) interpolated switch layers did not "express" themselves in reference.
