Moho to Anime Studio Upgrade extended to October 30

Post by Fahim »

We're extending the deadline for Moho users to upgrade to Anime Studio to Oct. 30. We want to make sure everyone gets on board with the new product, so if you're a Moho user and haven't done so yet, please upgrade to Anime Studio soon!

If you're having issues upgrading please let us know.

If it's Moho serial issue, then please contact LM support - support@lostmarble.com

If it's Content Paradise that's giving you problems, please contact John Czaky, he's the Content Paradise support manager, his email address is john@e-frontier.com

Where do I get it?

Post by bleonard »

Where do I download Anime Studio?

I tried downloading the file last week, only to find out today, when I tried to install it, that the download was cut off before completion, and the zip file is corrupt.

I go back to download it again, and the link for Moho users seems to have disappeared.

Hi,

I somehow missed the deadline. To be precise: I recieved my AS serial number, but I had difficulties downloading the file (our crappy zywall kept collapsing every 20 or 30 MB, and resuming was obviously NOT suported by the server...). Is there any chance I can get the new binaries somewhere?

I wrote this guy - without success (no reply). So I still have "upgrade issues". I have, as mentioned before, the required registration number (or serial or whatever you wanna call it), but due to some weird technical reason (CP server didn't allow resume on broken downloads - what's the point of that??) I wasn't able to d/l the program package. Does anyone have further suggestions? I would be thankful if someone offered me a place to download the XP binaries.

Solmax, first I would try emailing John again - sometimes things get trapped in SPAM filters and whatnot. If you still get no response, send me an email and I'll figure out a way to resolve the problem.

I finally got an email from John - where he apologized and offered me a direct link to d/l the package. So, problem just solved and I'm happy again :)
