You posted twice in the Share your work section. I can see them perfectly fine.

If this version of phpBB were up-to-date, there shouldn't be so many spam messages. If the authentication would require typing a code from an image, the spam should go away quickly, if existing spambot accounts are removed. I guess the forum admin is not updating the software, because the forum is supposed to be moved over to the e-frontier or content paradise website.

This might be an off the wall thought, but could it be the avatar you're using? If the general policy here is to remove posts/threads that are offensive to other users, having them posted using an avatar that is "flipping the bird" might have some bearing on that.

I'd look to see if you have any messages from one of the forum moderators, just in case. (The link for it can be found in the top middle-right area of the page, second line down from the "Anime Studio Forum" title.

As far as auto-removed posts, the forum software normally does this before a posting is added to a thread, and is generally pretty clear on warning you about it.

Its possible when you were new if your first posts were like " that's cool" or "I agree" and nothing else we thought you were a spam bot. Once you have a few posts and have interacted then its harder to make that mistake. I'd also avoid posts with topics like "what!?" "Urgent!!!" etc, spam bots send those very general topics posts hoping it will match many forums. By putting in specific forum related subjects you help us know you are real. In your case having survived past the first few posts its less likely we'll make a mistake -assuming that is what happened.

It's unlike one of the moderators removed it if its a question. WE are pretty good as spotting pure spam - if it had a AS question, then none of us moderators would have touched it.

Sometimes a "How do I" type question posted to General Discussion will get moved to the Hw do I section.

I only delete spam which as a direct link to an off topic third party site - most are for Buy Viagra type posts and are clearly from Spambots -and the links are blue. i.e. Buy Viagra.

From you post here, there is nothing tagged to it which suggests anything a moerator would consider spam.

I suspect the problem lies elsewhere.

Hope this helps.

Rhoel.

I think I may have actually responded to one of the posts that is missing now.

I don't recall exactly what the question was to be honest. I seem to think there was a "tone" about it... but I can't remember anything specific that would get it deleted.

Maybe it was just a fluke?
