Hello,
I downloaded the update to MOHO. Everything went fine at first. Unfortunately the download failed. I received a 33.1 MB file containing a corrupted .zipfile.
If I start the download for a second time which serial number am I to type in, my old Moho serial or the new one in the invoice?
Besides, what should I do if the second download fails again?
Regards
Vincent

Thanks for the help, Mikehart, Moorsel and Patmals,
I already sent a ticket, but I have not received an answer yet. Found the page with the zipfile that contained the download information "1 of 10" . I wonder whether this means to say that I have got 9 tries left until the offer of a free update finally will become invalid ...
Kind regards
Vincent

I've had problems downloading purchased content from content paradise in the past as well. My solution has been to completely close off all windows to content paradise immediately after a download starts. For some reason, this has been the only successful method I've used after 30 hours and nearly 2 gigs of failed download attempts. (I think it has something to do with their user interface contacting the server every few seconds and overloading it with requests.)
Also, their server configuration is really weird in that it sends an "End of File" signature prematurely instead of simply allowing the client to time out, which renders any partial download from them impossible to resume.
Needless to say, with those two factors, the server traffic is probably around 50% redundant transfer attempts.
