I made a slider rig that controls a switch layer full of phonemes. The rig has a button that slides left and right only. Slide the button to AI and the mouth changes to AI, slide it to FV and the mouth changes to FV, etc. It's a version of the usual smart bone dial, only with a horizontal button. I attached it to this post for other Moho users to play with. I'm thinking, Hey, I can't be the only person who thinks sliders are cool.
I designed the rig to be easy to modify. The text color has a Style, and so do the stripes on the phoneme bar, so changing the colors is easy.
Note that the rig has 17 slots, a few more than usual. If you don't use that many, you might fill the extra slots with common expressions: smile, frown, etc.
Unfortunately, the slider rig doesn't work perfectly. It works in the Action window, but it behaves strangely in the Mainline. In the Mainline, the button has to move farther to change the phoneme, so the button no longer appears over the relevant phoneme text. Try the rig and you'll see what I mean.
Here is the .moho file:

Warning: this seemingly simple rig is complicated! I suggest no one try to fix it by trial-and-error. I tried like a hundred various things, to no avail.
If somebody knows what's wrong, please share the information. The website hosting the .moho file deletes it after 6 days, so if anyone fixes the glitch, please upload your version to this post so other people can access it in the months and years to come.
Enjoy!
