This bug is definatly rather nasty.
For some reason on SWF export the rotation is out of whack!

Also when i import to flash, that head layer is the only one that is fncked up

We've fixed this bug and released an update. We'll update the website later today, but for now you can just download the update directly. Choose the link for your operating system:

Don't uninstall Moho from your system. Decompress the zip file, and you'll get a single file - the Moho program file. Just replace the version you already have on your system with this one.
This update fixes two SWF export bugs: disappearing fills when importing into the Flash authoring tool, and incorrect rotations when you combine layer rotation and layer flipping. Also, this update allows you to copy the keyframes from the main timeline into an action.
