Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on a small 2D animation project with an Old West theme, featuring cowboys and lots of typical elements of the genre (rodeo atmosphere, desert, etc.). I'm having a bit of trouble with the rigging of a lasso. I'd like to achieve a fluid and dynamic movement, a bit like what you see in the graphics of themed slot machines or slightly stylized mobile casino games (very colorful, with clean lines). Would you advise me to use Smart Bones to manage the loops of the rope, or would a structure with Target Bones be simpler to maintain flexibility without it becoming a nightmare to animate?
