Application for story writing

This might be abit out of the topic, however, it's kind of related to how animation is created! Here is the application that I used to write my own animation series. I have created the application months ago and continue to update it till now. I have been testing it with my new animated stories series. For the animation, of cause, I use Moho. Moho is the best animation software I ever found. It is good for planning, and visualizing the story.

I use Final Draft - does the "Advanced formatting options" include .fdx (and can it read .fdx)?

Autor Pal in the newest version does not include reads and export .fdx. Now it can only export as html and docx. The export option is not great in Author Pal. Plus it is good for planning, and visualizing what we have in mind before we go the writing process. My work focuses on mostly on narratied stories with cutout animation. Thanks for the tip, Panha! Storytelling is always challenging to me, and I love tools that help me break things down visually. I'll check it out!

I have Final Draft as well, but it's an older version. These days, I just use Google Docs to write my tutorial VO and animated shorts scripts. I miss using FD's automatic formatting to industry standards, though...it made it so much easier to focus on just writing! But I'm writing mainly for myself these days, and standard formatting isn't so critical right now.

Thank you, honestly, this tool is created to follow my personal preferences when planning a narration story (how things make me see the story in a complete image), and I myself working on my own, so I don't focus much on standard format. However, I also did some researches on the standard format, but still, I don't apply them much in the tool. This tool is not a tool for the final step for the publishing or polish. We can only use it for the draft. For this version, there is not format for screenplay, the editor only do some stuff, like hightlight the color following the characer's name when typing:
Character's name : "Some Text" the color appear following the character color in the character manager. (My animation scrpt preference ). It is much easier to see the character, when I narrate the story.
Actually, this focuses on planning and drafting, more for novels, and shorts stories. For writing production, it woud need to have other application for the edition since it has not print button. If you already have a story, and want to quickly see where the character lines are, (Just add your character in the the character manager, change their color), then when writing, you type the character dialogue, using the format, Character's name : "Some Text", the text will have the character's color. This maybe not formal format, but helpful when it comes to voice over.
