Proper Document Icon

I have the "no thumbnail" option on for documents in preferences. (Moho 13.5.5)
The documents just showed like a blank document. Eve after restart.
I associated it with Moho 13 but now the document looks like the Icon for the app.
I restarted again but still looks the same.
Is there no proper document icon for Moho files? Maybe fixed in Moho 14?

On my computer, I see image-based icons for Moho project files (Moho 14.3), but it's been reported by some users in the forums that they only see the generic Moho program icon, even when Document Preview Size is active. So, you're not alone.

Forcing the file association with the latest release is the recommended fix, but it sounds like you already tried that. If you have an older version installed (i.e., an earlier release of Moho 13.x,) you might try removing that version, rebooting, and then associating a project file to the latest version of Moho.

Another suggestion I've seen is to make sure you have certain Windows .dll's installed. The .dll in question is called MSVCP120.dll, which can be installed from a Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Download and install both 32 and 64 bit from here:

However, I recently heard from another user that this didn't work for them. I don't know what else to try. Hopefully, someone else here can offer more advice soon.

I only ever got thumbnails working for v13 temporarily, but they seem to be stable in v14.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Not a huge problem but thought I would point it out. Will look into that dll file.
