Panel Movement and Docking

Hi, this is my first post, so please excuse my lack of awareness on rules and customs of this forum.

I want to talk about the rigidity of Moho Window system when it comes to panel docking, panel resizing and panel movement - some panels are just immovable (e.g. left edge of primary window / project panel), others are non-resizable when undocked (e.g. Style panel when undocked), and some panels don't have scroll bars attached to them (e.g. Style panel when docked with Layers panel below it).

I would like to state that many people have different sized monitors, with different scaling (Microsoft Windows display setting) and text size (another Microsoft Windows display setting), which distorts the visible panels in Moho. So, Moho dev team - please consider updating UX for docking, undocking and resizing of panels.

I have to say that Adobe software applications e.g. Premier Pro have pretty good UX, and their panel management methods can be studied for taking inspiration in this regard.
