So, SimplSam just showed me a neat trick of how i can edit points on individual layers of a Switch while still seeing the "switching" happening in the viewport... can we maybe just get an option at least to always be able to expand FBF layers again at all times and not just once when we convert to a switch? Because honestly, this would be the perfect way to work. Whenever i have to explain to someone that they have to convert a FBF to a Switch and vice versa it leads to quite some confusion. It would still be really nice to bring this back please... Because now if i want to draw FBF i just go to the root layer and if i want to inbetween while still seeing the FBF happening i go to the sub-layer. So simple and easy. No switching around this to that and back again and whatnot.

(yes, i'm using hayasidist's script ;) )

Yeah, I had to do that for the asteroid collisions in Space Tommy. Most of it was straight FBF, but the smoke trails combined FBF and morphing points.

A while back, I asked them to add an R+Click command to convert between FBF and Switch, so hopefully, we'll see that someday.

In the meantime, yes, Hayasidist's Toggle FBF/Switch script does the job! :D
