Hello!
I very recently bought Moho Pro 14, and I am currently in the process of learning the software. Every time I import a PSD file, every single layer an image is blank. The images don't show up in the workspace, and it looks like a blank background. I am able to move each layer individually and mess with it, but I can't see them. When I import PNGs I am able to see the images, just not with PSDs. I've watch almost any youtube video that I can find, and nothing's working. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, and thank you for your time!

Here are some testing suggestions:
My first thought is you might be saving the PSD using a bit-depth that's higher than what Moho can handle. Make a copy of the PSD file and reduce the bit-depth to 8-bits per channel (aka, 24-bit RGBA color). Moho is known to have problems with images that are 16-bits per channel, and it will certainly have issues with higher-bit depths.
If color depth isn't the issue, does this happen with a basic layered PSD file? That is, a file that doesn't use any 'Photoshop-only' features? Try a simple file first, just to be sure.
What happens when you try a layered PSD from another program? I've had good luck with layered PSD files from Photoshop, Krita, and Procreate. Clip Studio Paint should work fine, too, although I haven't used that with Moho recently. Try opening and saving the PSD in another program and re-saving it. (if you don't have another PSD-compatible program, Krita is free.)
Here's a really basic one, but I'll ask anyway: When saving a PSD from Photoshop for the first time, it will ask if you want the file to be saved in a format compatible with other programs. Make sure you say yes.

Make sure that each layer of your PSD has a name. If you use Affinity Photo for the design of your PSD file, you might miss some layer names. Also make sure that no effect in the layer of your PSD files do not have any effect that Moho does not recognize, if they do, rasterize them before you import the files to Moho.
