This summer was a hell of a ride, at times I juggled 4 projects at the same time, which definitely is too much. I'm down to only 1 again, I'm relaxed, and I like to show off a bit.

This is just one sequence of one project. Very talkative, and in German, but you don't need to understand. Client wants portrait mode, and I hate that, mainly because I have to draw much more of the body and unimportant parts of the background like floor and sky, while at the same time I'm pretty restricted in terms of overall movement.
It's easy to spot which parts of the characters were done in which software: heads in Moho, rest in TVPaint. (I recommend to watch in Full Screen mode to see how much the outlines match (or not).) The TVP parts were imported as PNGs and re-animated in a switch layer. The heads can turn from 3/4 to 3/4, the guy can even tilt a bit. As I described elsewhere (viewtopic.php?p=219827#p219827) the mouth shapes are in a switch layer, controlled by a smart bone. Which other parts can I move via smart bone? Head turn, (tilt), eyebrows, eye lids, pupils. If I have a scene with lots of body movement it pays to put the PNG switch keys and the head position keys into a smart bone action as well.
The whole thing will go online for just a week in November. This is the 3rd year I work with this client, definitely favourite customer. I may delete the video later this year.
Feel free to ask anything.
