Moho won't run

I just bought it last week for my son. the debut version. He's 8 with autism and very smart but if he has an issue I've got to help so I thought I'd learn the program and put it on my pc too. its win 10 decent gaming pc. it runs in safe mode but in normal the wheel turns for a minute and never pops up. I've removed all but the basic windows virus protection, did a msconfig startup with nothing but the bare min startup no good. compared my tasks to a pc that runs and end tasked everything different and still no dice. I'm stumped.

Hmm...that's very strange. It sounds like you're doing everything correctly to troubleshoot the situation.

FWIW, I made the 'dragon-mouse vs. cat knight' animation in my tutorial intro video using Debut, and it ran as expected on my computer...so it should work.

I'm wondering, have you checked if there's a Windows update waiting? I found that sometimes, this state can prevent some programs from working properly until I allow Windows to complete the update. (I just checked my computer, and I see one waiting right now.)

Try right click Moho icon and run as admin. Also check security settings that read and write is allowed on the user group and Moho software.
