Layer Setting will not open

Post by Teavee »

When I try to open layer settings nothing happens. It will say the layer setting panel is open, but I cannot see it. I am using Moho Pro 14. I do have two monitors, but I unplugged one of them and was still dealing with the problem. Not sure what to do.

Re: Layer Setting will not open

It sounds like the window is opening off screen. Try this...
  1. Quit Moho.
  2. Go to the Moho settings folder located here: C:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Lost Marble\Moho Pro\14
  3. Remove the file Moho Pro14.user.settings. Don't delete it, just move it to the desktop in case you need or want to move it back.
  4. Launch Moho.
Moho's user settings will be reset, and when you double-click a layer, the Layer Settings window should appear in the center of the screen. If you previously customized your settings, you'll need to re-apply your preferred settings.

BTW, this shouldn't affect your program activation.

If you can't find the AppData folder, you'll need to unhide it. You can do this by selecting View>Show>Hidden items from the Explorer window.

If you're on a Mac system, it should be similar. I don't know the folder locations for Mac, but hopefully, someone else here can fill in these steps.

Hope this helps.
