I am getting a bit behind on the times, programs, and miscellaneous. But I have started noticing a lot of music covers on YouTube where they have an image that has a loop of moving elements like sparks, fire, fog, lighting. At first I thought it was someone's personal frame by frame kind of work but it is becoming so standard I am beginning to think it must be a program outside of Adobe After Effects or Photoshop.
