Save and Marker Question

Happy Holidays everyone!

Okay, I've been dealing with this forever, wondering if there's a solution. So I have 3 monitors. Moho is displayed on the main center monitor. Windows knows this monitor is my primary.

Every time Moho asks me if I want to save or any time I create a marker, that small window appears on the monitor to my left. Now I use a tablet mapped to my primary monitor, so every time this happens, I have to set the pen down and grab the mouse to deal with it. Gets old after a while.

Any thoughts on this?

Also, when rendering previews they randomly decide which of the three monitors to appear on.

I have three monitors at work and can check when I get back. That's a couple of weeks away though, so bump this thread again then. (My desktop at home has only a single display.)

FWIW, I think Moho pops up on the screen where I used it last, but I might not have the window maximized there either. I'm not sure about preview animation window...I thought it appeared on the same screen as Moho, but I'll check on that when I can.

I also have 3 monitors (on Win) and the Save & Marker popups always popup in the center of the screen that Moho is on. Render previews and Moho itself should popup on the last screen/location that they were closed on (and saved for next session when Moho is closed cleanly).

Yeah I just don't have that experience. Save, Markers always pop up on my left monitor, even though I bring them over to my main. And preview/render literally pops between monitors with no consistency. One of my monitors is verticle and Renders will still jump over there. Wonder if it's a Windows issue. However, Moho is the only program I have experienced this with.

Because you use DropBox like I do, try this:

1. Replace dl=0 in your link with raw=1.
2. Select the link and click the Insert Image button.

The result will look like this:



Bonus tip: if you want to make it an instantly downloadable link, change the 0 to 1. (dl=1)

Appreciate that Greenlaw. Don't understand why we can't just upload an image like every other site conceivable in 2023.

But yeah, still have that marker, save, and render issue with multiple monitors
