Can not activate Moho with the correct serialnumber

I have another issue with this software. I can not activate it, although I entered the correct serial number. I swear, it is the reason I hate buying this pieces of software. It is always something with them! No wonder, so many people download them illegally. We can not even start them up, although I paid over 300 bucks for this piece of junk! Can anyone help me?

Does no one know what I can do? I tried everything. Serial number is not working, I sometimes get that error 7089. I have no Lost Marble folder on my Mac and also no Smith Micro folder, or what ever that is. Nothing works! I paid money for this software, and it barely functions! Can even open and start it!

NO, NOTHING WORKS! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WOKS! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! 400 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN! AND FOR WHAT? FOR A PIECE OF JUNK, THAT DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO OPEN! Sadly, I-m sure that I won't get my money back...
