Shoulder Rig

Hello everyone,
I have came across an interesting rigging tutorial for shoulder and 360 rigging style, and its really amazing.

Does anyone have any suggestion or a way so that I can achieve the rigging of shoulders for the complex characters using the same rigging method or any other method that would fit for my case.
