Best laptop for Moho Pro 13.5?

Any recommendations for when it comes to laptop specs for Moho?
Laptop brand, RAM amount, CPU, and Graphics card?
Looking to spend around $200 - $400

That budget seems too low.

I tend to spend around $1,400 on my PCs, and that has always served me well on specs. $200 - $400 I would consider in the web surfing range of specs, which isn't much.

I have used Moho in a ~6 years old PC tablet (kind of a surface) and I could work with it, so I don't think you need a powerful computer to run Moho in particular.
A cheap $500 office laptop with an integrated GPU will probably be enough to run Moho reasonably well, but I would aim to spend at least $600-700 and get one with better specs (specially a dedicated GPU) that can give you a smoother working experience for many years. If that's not possible, I would look into the second hand market.

A bit old but decent performance for a very cheap price. The first have a low resolution for an artist, the second could have a better CPU, but it's not bad.
