A bit too fast for the animation to readable on casual viewing.

Is this the intended look for the kick sequence?
Image

Only after a few watches I figured what is going on and what is what. Perhaps to add some anticipation?

 A water monster, swimming over to bite a comatose (maybe) person on the right. But it got kicked by that guy. I want to create a suspense, but I don't want to drag it on for too long and I'll find it boring. But this confuses people watching the animation
